The AP Future Careers Initiative (APFC) served as our North Star for several years. Authored by the AddyPres Organization's co-founder and President, Vanessa Cole, this multi-alliance, multi-stakeholder community benefit initiative trialed and defined an extensive series of pathways, partners and commerce and municipal infrastructure design solutions managed by smart technology. The initiative was drafted as a commitment to support & enabling a revolutionary approach to education and the career lifecycle, with special attention toward common drop points found within the neurodiverse community, and creative, talented & athletic individuals with the objective of ending unemployment and improving long term outcomes. This initiative led our organization to seek grants and venture capital in order to launch a smart technology system that would benefit the public, including these specialized groups of individuals.
